 I’m a full-time worker, a busy mom, and I try to incorporate somewhat of a social life into what little free time I have. So it’s hard to not let the mom guilt creep in when I’m too tired to bake those birthday cakes or desserts for the class party.
 

And as someone who loves finding shortcuts that still deliver the wow factor (who doesn’t love saving time?). Whether it’s baking birthday cakes that look like a million bucks or whipping up a dessert with a creative twist, I’m all about making life sweeter without breaking a sweat.

That’s why I created Bake Mixology. I wanted to connect with people who are just as courageous as me to throw the rules out the window and bake on their own terms. I know there’s a lot of debate (and maybe even a little stigma) around box cake mixes, but they’re my go-to. They save time, they’re practically foolproof, and you can be as creative as you want!

Whether it’s adding a splash of something for an adults-only twist, simplifying a classic dessert with clever hacks, or encouraging you to break the “baking rules,” my goal is to help you make something wonderful without the stress.
